Most of our packages are shipped from the North Eastern United States, so, if you live across the country from us, please understand that ground shipments just take a little longer to get to you. We start to process your order the same day or the next day and ship as soon as payments clear your credit card. We strive to be a 5 star store and hope that you will grade us as such on our feed back page.

We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.

We may ship each product separately from different warehouses. We utilize over 8 warehouses across the Continental United States.
. We cannot ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery We cannot select which shipping company will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community that does not accept deliveries from any specific shipping company. We are not able to combine shipping or invoices at this time-due to the fact that most of our orders are shipped from different locations and are packaged separately. We do, however offer many special promotions that offer FREE shipping.

 

Return Policy Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from delivery date. In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. USE ONLY our email address provided not the telephone in order to make a return.

Unfortunately, most of the information that we have about this item is already posted to our product description page. If you’re looking for further detail, you might want to check the manufacturer or publisher website. A: ALL of the products we sell are new except for Antiques which are listed as such. New items are marked NEW in the title or description and are brand new, unopened, and factory/manufacturer sealed. Q: How do I know what is included in the auction?

You can find all the information regarding the product in the description section of the item page (manuals, accessories, power adapter/supply, battery, CD Rom, cables, etc). We do not provide any other information other than what is listed on our description pages.

Q: Do you combine shipping charges, payments for separate transactions or offer discounts on bulk purchases?

A:
Our bulk treats are listed as low as we can list them. Most items are under list prices except for the products that are sold with MAP pricing.

Q: I'm out of the country. Can I ship to the US?

A: If you’re using a valid U.S. Pay Pal account, and you ship to an address within the 48 continental United States, then you can place an order.

Q:  Am I charged an electronic waste recycling fee?

A:
No not at all.

Q: Am I charged handling charges?

A: No not at all.

Q: Have your animal treats been inspected?

A: All of our treats and chews are inspected several times before they leave the distributor or our local warehouse. We consider your pet’s health to be as important as if there were our own.
