Retail orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada* must be at least $150 to qualify for free shipping. Products such as all items shipped by freight lines are not included such as large crates, grooming tables, display equipment, kennels, dog houses, dog bathing tubs etc.

We offer combined shipping as well on all items which can be a huge savings when ordering bulk quantities. Be sure you type in your zipcode into the shipping estimate box on your shopping cart page. Click the update button and the combined total will appear. Any items that qualify for FREE SHIPPING will appear after you have started checkout (so please be patient). The program is designed that way to include all of our great promotions.

Wholesale orders will must be a minimum of $250 to receive free shipping in the contiguous United States and $400 if shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada.

• International shipping is NOT included in this offer, except as noted for orders going to specified countries that reach a higher minimum order total. You will still be responsible for any additional charges, such as customs brokerage fees and all import duties or taxes.
• Free shipping only includes shipments made to addresses within the continental United States, except as otherwise noted for orders that reach a higher minimum order total.

Hassle-Free Returns

We not only guarantee the quality of our products, we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement – whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund any special order items or shipping charges. Nevertheless, in many cases, we will be happy to provide you with a UPS return label to cover return shipping fees.

To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return. Please follow the brief instructions and requirements listed below:

1. Customer Service must approve all returns and will do so by issuing a Return Authorization Number(RNA) number, which must be marked on the outside of each box. To obtain an RNA number, please email us at mail@hillrisefarm.com , Monday through Friday. For your convenience, once a return has been authorized we will also provide you with a printable UPS return shipping label via email.

2. To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service 30 days of the invoice date. No credit or returns are allowed after 30 days.

3. No returns will be accepted for special order items. Such as baked goods, clothing, dog harnesses collars and apparel or anything that you would buy, knowing someone else’s pet or person could have used it or worn it. We will not resell such items and can not absorb the cost of them being returned.

Damaged Packages

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please immediately contact us by email at mail@hillrisefarm.com  so that we can assist you.
